In a new project to develop my own type via Glyphs, I begin with a set of trial and experiemntation to get an idea of shape for type and how expressive but illegible letters can become. Here i have used paint pen and pencils, some of these letters were started by tracings on the table and finding any pre existing marks to get a formation for my type. It's an interesting concept that could be explored through the entirety of my 3 weeks creating typography.
